Nicola Smith
Nicola joined EiA in 2000, teaching EFL in Austria, Japan and Russia before moving to Head Office and taking responsibility for teacher recruitment, planning and support. She is Trinity TESOL qualified and has BA and MA degrees in Anthropology.

Megan Devine – Operations Support Officer

Megan Devine
Meg joined EiA in July 2015. Since graduating from UKC with a BA degree in Sociology, Meg completed two years in education recruitment, supplying Secondary Schools with temporary and permanent teaching staff. She worked closely with local schools and Canterbury Christ Church University to teach CV and Interview skills as well as organising a range of recruitment events designed to help Newly Qualified Teachers find their first teaching roles. Meg enjoys reading and being outside, especially canoeing down the River Stour at weekends. She is also studying for an Events Management Diploma in her spare time.

Sarah Smith – Operations Assistant

Sarah Smith
Sarah joined in September 2016 after taking a career break to raise her two children. Before then she worked as an Overseas Resort Representative followed by 8 years at Saga Holidays. Whilst at Saga her role was to help put together and manage holidays for a number of destinations. In her spare time she is involved with the PTFA at her children's school and enjoys spending time with her family.
